By booking services, making a payment, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

TimeShot Media provides content creation services including weekly filming, editing, and optional social media management. Services delivered depend on the package purchased.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

TimeShot Media accepts the following payment providers:

• Venmo
• PayPal
• Cash App
• Zelle
• Apple Pay
• Cash (in-person)

By sending payment through any of these providers, you acknowledge that the payment is final, authorized, and for business services only.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are due before services begin each month.
• If payment is not received, weekly filming and content delivery may be paused.
• Any fees charged by the payment providers (e.g., PayPal fees) may be added to the final amount.

Once payment is sent, it signifies agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content creation:

• All payments are non-refundable.
• If a client cancels mid-month, they will still receive the remainder of that month’s content, but no refund is given.
• Missed filming sessions caused by the client are not refundable.

Refunds will not be processed through any payment provider once work has begun.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations require 14 days’ written notice.
• Rescheduling a weekly filming session requires 48 hours’ notice.
• If the client is unavailable at the scheduled time, the session may be forfeited.

6. Content Rights & Usage

• TimeShot Media retains copyright to all videos and photos unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Clients receive a commercial license to use content for marketing, social media, and advertising.
• Content may not be resold or redistributed to third parties.
• TimeShot Media may use the content for its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Delivery Times

• Standard editing turnaround is 2–5 business days.
• Projects may take longer depending on complexity or client delays.

8. Social Media Management (If Included)

Clients must provide access to accounts if management is part of their package.

TimeShot Media is not liable for:

• Platform outages
• Hacked or locked accounts
• Lost access due to platform issues

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

• Filming location is accessible and safe
• Staff or on-camera subjects are present and ready
• Communication is timely to avoid delays

10. Liability

TimeShot Media is not responsible for:

• Financial losses
• Business interruptions
• Lost revenue
• Platform algorithm changes or account issues

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the current month of service.

11. Payment Provider Policies

Clients understand that:

• Payment providers (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, etc.) have their own terms.
• TimeShot Media is not responsible for disputes opened through these platforms.
• Any payment sent is proof of service agreement acceptance.

12. Agreement

By making payment, booking a package, or using the website, the client agrees to all terms listed above.

Terms may be updated at any time.
